Take control of your meetings! Are you tired of sitting with one paper with the agenda, one paper with participants and a third paper with the list of speakers?
Then this is the app for you. It keeps track of the list of speakers, the agenda and how much time you have left, both for the entire meeting and the present topic.
In less than a minute you create a meeting agenda, expenditure of time and a list of participants.
Now you are ready to go!

Daily use

Since you usually summon the same people when you have your meetings, you probably have a good hunch about who is going to come. You can therefore prepare your meeting in less than a minute and this consists of only three steps:

1. Load the persons you have invited
2. Paste the agenda
3. Set the time for the meeting

It is really that simple!
After this just press the names of the participants as they arrive in order to make them selectable for the list of speakers.
When it is time you can start the meeting and easily handle both the list of speakers and the agenda and you can have a constant eye on how much time you have left.

Smart import of agenda

Creating an agenda is a piece of cake!
First, you copy it from a document, paste it into the box "Agenda/Names" and press ”Add to agenda”.
You will now see the agenda as it will look when it is ready and you can make the necessary adjustments, like setting an individual time, and then press OK.

Automatic save

During the whole meeting iLead Meetings automatically saves your progress so if something happens that forces you to restart the app you can always load the latest saved meeting.

Other smart functions

This app is packed with other smart functions. Importing a list of possible participants is as easy as pasting it in from a mail (for example, import [email protected], choose the right function which will remove the @-sign, everything thereafter and the punction leaving the name John Doe), a semicolon-separated .csv-document or just a document with the names. Of course you can sort these names from A to Z with a push of a button.

If someone is late you just add them from the meeting view using either the list of summoned participants, your contacts, or by writing the name yourself. Other functions include, among other things, sorting the participants, turning the iPad-screensaver off and on, adding new cases to the agenda (and a historyfunction to choose from) and so on.
